ARAB MASSES AND THEIR LEADERS

Public  life  and  above  all  politics  and  economics  in  the  Arab  world  today , urgently  need  to  be  brought  back  to  reality .

Public  power , by  religious  masses  and  pseudo  leaders  would  always  prove  dictatorial  and  ephemeral . The  religious  man  of  the  masses  and  his  leaders  are  the  ones  whose  life  lacks  any  purpose , and  simply  goes  drifting  along .  Consequently , though  their  possibilities  and  their  powers  might  be  enormous , they  construct  nothing .

It  is  this  type  of  individuals , whether  an  ordinary  religious  or  fanatic  man  of  the  masses  or  an  appointed  local  or  national  leader  who's  deciding  and  governing  throughout  the  Arab  countries  nowadays .

These  are  simple , uncultured  people , dumped  on  the  historic  scene  at  such  an  accelerated  rate , hence  at  times  they  leave  the  impression  of  a  primitive  group  suddenly  risen  in  the  midst  of  an  old  civilisation .

The  Musslem  Arab  masses  today , do  not  wish  to  share  life  with  those  who  are  not  of  them.   They  have  a  deadly  hatred  of  all  that  is  not  themselves .

A  man  in  our  times  is  uncivilized , immature , even  barbarian , in  the  degree  in  which  he  does  not  take  others  into  account . and  unfortunately  this  is  the  case  in  all  Arab  states  today .
