WILL THIS REALLY HAPPEN ??

 

Disclosure of things that will change the face of the world and what will disappear with them, as in petroleum stations, and auto repair shops, as well as Kodak camera films. Here is a reading of the most important things that will happen in our nearby future world; 1, Auto repair shops will diminish or even disappear in some instances, as the gasoline or diesel engine presently consists of 20.000 individual parts while the electric car motor contains 20 electrical parts that are sold with a life time warranty, and are only repaired by the dealers. It only takes 10 minutes to disassemble and replace an electric motor. 

Faulty electric motors are not repaired at repair shops, but are sent to a regional repair shop that fixes them using robots. The malfunction light of your car's electric motor lights up, warning you to drive to a station that looks like a car wash-station, and your car is towed while you have a cup of coffee, and it comes back with a new electric motor ready to go before you finish your beverage. 

The petrol pumps will disappear as well!! Street corners have electricity distribution and charging meters, firms will install electric recharging stations, in fact they have already started in the developed world, and the new batteries are being charged within 20 minutes for a total run of more than hundreds of thousands of Kilometers equivalent to more than 200.000 miles. Major smart car manufacturers have all allocated funds to start building new factories that only produce electric cars and trucks, buses and farming equipment.

The coal industries will disappear, gasoline/oil companies will stop, the drilling and exploration of oil will cease, the major oil cartels will vanish, entire countries and regions of the world will suffer and be in trouble, Germany already announced dates to totally eliminate fossil fuel. Homes will produce and store more electrical energy during the day, use it and resell the excess to the main electric grid. The network stores and distributes them to industries with high electric consumption. Today's child will only see personal cars in museums, the future is approaching faster than most of us can imagine.

In 1998, Kodak had 170.000 employees and sold 85% of its photo paper production world wide. In a matter of few years their business model disappeared and they went bankrupt. What happened to Kodak and polaroid will happen to a lot of industries in the next 5 to 10 years, back in 1998 everyone had to have a camera, and took pictures on films, today our young don't even know what's that, smart phones totally replaced all of it. 

It will happen again, and much faster. AI, health, autonomous and electric cars, education, 3D printing, agriculture and jobs, it's coming sooner than we think, we're calling it the fourth industrial revolution, software tools is disrupting all traditional industries, and a decade down the line they will take over completely. Uber is just a software tool, they don't own any car, it is now the largest taxi company in the world. Airbnb another software institution is now the largest hotel company world wide, and it doesn't own a bedroom or a pillow. Do we think any major hotel company expected this. 

Artificial Intelligence and computers are advancing at an amazing speed in every aspect. IBM's Watson is taking over lawyers with more accuracy and efficiency. Watson is already helping and competing with doctors diagnose all types of illnesses with greater accuracy than human diagnosis. Face recognition devices are already replacing humans in many situations. 

Self driving cars will change the way we live and commute and own cars. We will not need to park the car, just pay for the distance traveled, and you can use the time productively while the car is being driven automatically. It will change our cities, as they're will be 90-95% less cars driving around and parking, it will save lives by limiting millions of accidents around the world. Even insurance companies will suffer big time with accident rates diminishing to almost zero. 

A great competition is already here between traditional car makers and companies like Tesla, Apple and Google who are building computers on wheels, call them smart electric cars. Volvo already took the decision to replace all internal combustion engines with electric or hybrid engines. Again cities will be less noisy and far less polluted, as electric engines are far more silent, emitting clean air. Cheaper real estate offices and housing, and cheaper electricity and utilities. 

It will eventually hit air travel with way more efficient electric engines, and cheaper air fares, and finally with health machines that work with your phone taking your retina scan and your blood pressure and samples plus all your functions, it will Annalise all your body signals and identify nearly any decease, most hospitals and doctors might turn obsolete. Welcome to tomorrow, welcome to the real 21st century.

Facing an impasse in Israel and the world....

 

Last week, we witnessed a sort of a coup in Israel, with the purpose to oust PM Netanyahu, it is still going on, with some weird tactics and unique faces playing the game, the agreement on a coalition that would oust Prime Minister Netanyahu after some 12 years in power isn't over yet, but let's face the truth, do we want Netanyahu and his branch of fascist zionism out?? yes we do. To the extent of wanting to replace him with a Naftaly Bennet, the other side of the coin of fascist zionism?? Maybe and only a cautious maybe. 

Over the years, Netanyahu increasingly manipulated the post to gain full access of the Israeli imagination while creating a system of fear, suggesting that Israeli survival without him is impossible, using total brutality, chaos, apartheid, wars, regime change in many neighboring countries, even by dominating and manipulating very useful American foreign, military and monetary policies. But he's not alone in this game.

many political leaders, modern and old, are now governing his style, influenced by his tactics and bizarre ideology, following in his steps, the first to come to mind is ex president Trump and many congress members, Lukashenko of Belarus, Orban of Hungary, Bolsonaro of Brazil, PM Modi of India, Assad of Syria, Erdogan of Turkey, the Muslem mullahs of Iran and the royal family of Saudi Arabia, just to name the major ones, of course Kim and Putin are already grand masters of the game, It's a new trend in governing, a la Netanyahu, whereby even smaller insignificant leaders like Oun of Lebanon is learning their tactics and demagogy.

Go!

Congress: It’s simply wrong. It’s un-American. It’s just not who we are. That’s why I will be asking President Biden about the possibility of encouraging Hamas and Israel to call a halt to the vicious cycle of tiffs, spats, and acrimony. And I will be supporting legislation to require that if the government of Israel wants to imprison and torture children it not do so using U.S. dollars, but rather use somebody else’s dollars for that, and use the U.S. dollars for general Apartheid maintenance, because frankly I’ve heard enough inexcusable challenging of Israel’s right to exist and defend . . .

Bibi: Oh fuck! Stop! Oh Jesus! I mean Moses! I mean, oh fuck, you’ve got it. The right to exist is the key. That’s it. I don’t feel like I exist unless I’m blowing up buildings. And you don’t feel like you exist unless you’re talking to a padded wall. To each his own in a free society!

Congress: You know, 8 of us have declared that Palestinians have human rights. At this rate, your great grandson might have to find a new sugar-daddy for your great-great grandson. Hey, how many, I mean how many kids and grandkids have you got, because I was thinking, wouldn’t they each like a dozen Apache helicopters or something just to show our appreciation? Know what we did to the Apaches dontcha? The Two State Solution.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Knesset is still debating a proposed new government to replace Mr. Netanyahu's administration but not his regime or extreme right fascist trends and tactics, let's wait and see.

ROLL OUT THE DRUMS OF WAR ....

 

In the U.S. the whole subject of China is being politicized, and only in one direction. China is becoming enemy number one, militarily, economically, socially and from a human rights perspective, leading to cold war  tactics and even fast approaching military confrontations. All branches of governments, including all its agencies, plus the private sector including powerful think tanks, media and analysts are all on board for this shift of policy. We're willing now to forgive Russia for its century's long bad behavior and confrontational attitudes, we're forgiving many long term enemies including terrorism and rogue entities, to give ourselves fully the full scope, and be well prepared for the biggest of all wars, adventures and confrontations. 

Ex one term president Trump, was pivotal in this approach and in brain-washing American minds, with the propaganda of bad China, dangerous China, he used all possible words to influence the experts and the population at large to start looking and considering China as the enemy number one, the feared enemy who is going to eliminate our way of life, our liberties and our wealth, even our religiosity, and mostly our superiority and dominance. 

Mr. Trump, his oligarchy and administration used every possible occasion to belittle China's progress and achievements, including calling the pandemic of Covid19 the Chinese virus, maybe it was a Chinese originated virus, but that does not make it as we officially claimed that China had deliberately manufactured and released the virus as a biological weapon, against The U.S. or civilization. 

Many official politicians echoed the words of Mr. Trump knowingly or ignorantly, leading in some instances to mass attacks against anyone who shared the Asian physiognomy and looks, many innocent, especially elder people from generations of Asian immigrants were harmed for no other reason than sharing the looks of the makers and perpetrators of the Chinese virus crime. 

In Congress one of the earliest advocates of these false rhetoric was Senator Tom Cotton, Republican from Arkansas, who often criticized China, and who has a history of promoting falsehoods, like election fraud and other Trump's allegations. Even the media went along for a while and covered his flawed arguments, suggesting that China had deliberately released the virus as a biological warfare. Whereby many, too many unfortunately, seem to decide that if Cotton believed something, and Fox News and Donald Trump echoed it, the idea has to be right, substantiated and Q-Anoned .We challenged every report and investigation body of the global health officials, simply because their reports were not conformed to our official dictum and end-strategy. 

The virus origins do not affect any part of the fight against it, be it Covid, Ebola, Sars, Mers or bird flu, The previous administration failed to impose proper travel restrictions, testing, contact tracing, social distancing, ventilation, masking and vaccination. We are still paying for these purposely or negligently delayed actions, with millions of cases and unnecessary deaths. 

The Senate is currently debating "the strategic competition act" A bill loaded with anti-China framing and policies that are certain to entrench the new cold war even further, and the Pentagon backed by the war-machine, were more than ready to send a guided-missile destroyer straight into disputed islands in the south China sea, triggering Chines planes and warships into high alert, each side accused and blamed the other of violations. This act was predictable and intentionally deliberate, as the ship set sail just hours after president Biden specifically laid into China in a speech. We are surely getting ready for some big actions and lots of hostilities, Rambo style. 

The war machine, defense industry and their Pentagon pals, are already urgently pitching and lobbying Congress on the need to buy more weapons and increase Pentagon budget, while our existing war budget is currently 4 times the size of China's. Again we're headed in the wrong directions, and we're not trying to stop the Washington's growing harmful approach to China before things spiral further out of control. It's a continuous philosophy and demagogy of ours and we're not showing any signs of relinquishing, we're not learning from our past 5 or 6 decades of failing, pretentious adventures. 

We all know that more militarization and demonization of China is a distraction and a self-defeating strategy toward the true security we need here at home. What we need is more innovation, cooperation and multilateral approaches, not more hostility and confrontations, working together for a better future to both countries and humanity, and not just continuously fighting each other and competing for supremacy.

DANGEROUS ACTS INVARIABLY ATTRACT DANGEROUS REACTIONS ....

With the continued occupation, destruction, brutality and apartheid attitudes and policies of the Israeli Zionist power-machine, more people everyday are rethinking the situation, and invariably and unfortunately it is local Jewish communities here in the U.S., Europe and elsewhere who end up paying the price. I don't agree with most of what this writer says, but it's clearly an indication of what could be coming, this article, like many of the same type now circulating around shows and incite hatred and more anti Semitic attitudes, some common features of life in Israel. 

Basically, there are fewer than 15 million Jews in the world, of which 30% live in Israel, 50% in America, 1.4% in the U.K. and the rest are scattered throughout the world, roughly half of Israelis are religious, while the other half are secularists and non religious, meaning some 2.3 millions of them are the real instigators of fanaticism, brutality and apartheid, and are facing 12.5 million Jews world wide, and some 8 billion people on this small planet of ours, it is a very small number of people to be causing so much atrocities and defiance to world order, human rights and dignity.   

A view, and the other side of the coin, which is not or never ever seen or heard or read: Why are Jews persecuted? Commentary by Jayne Gardner.

I always used to wonder what it was about Jews that, made people throughout history despise them. If they were indeed "God's chosen", I thought they had to be the unluckiest people in the history of the world. Why were they persecuted throughout history?? Why had the Nazis herded them into cattle cars and taken them to extermination camps to dispose, once and for all, of the "Jewish problem", I suddenly recognized that if Hitler had developed a "final solution" to the Jewish question, that there had to have been a "Jewish problem", could the Jews have in anyway behaved in such a manner that would make the countries in which they reside turn against them, or were they just unfortunate, innocent victims, I set out to find answers to my questions, mainly turning to the internet, but also reading various books on the subject, What I found became increasingly disturbing to me.

 I had not known that throughout history the Jews had been expelled from 79 countries, some countries more than once. I had not known that many of the claims they made about Holocaust that I had believed unquestioningly for so long were in fact fraudulent. The books I had read and the movies I had seen about the Holocaust and wept over, were nothing but thinly veiled attempts to garner unwavering sympathy for the state of Israel, and an excuse to extort billions of Dollars of Germany and billions more from Swiss banks. 

I discovered that a book I had read many times as a teenager and cried about, Anne Frank's diary, had been, at least partially, written by someone other than Anne Frank. I learned that the confessions at the Nuremburg trials and the executions of so many German war criminals were extracted under torture, and the defendants were being tried, judged and condemned by their accusers. I learned about the "False flag" operations, especially the Lavon affair and the tragedy of the USS Liberty, an American ship that was attacked by the Israelis during the 1967 war, 34 young American sailors were killed, and many more injured. To add insult to injury, the Israelis claimed that it was simply an unfortunate case of mistaken identity. Something the survivors of the Liberty have always vehemently denied. They however were threatened with court martial if they were ever to tell their stories. I learned more about Jonathan Pollard spy case, and other incidents of Israeli spying against their supposed "closest ally". 

I became shocked and horrified as I learned about the treatment of the Palestinian people in the occupied territories at the hands of the IDF, the Israeli defense forces, and the Jewish settlers. Israel purports to be the only democracy in the Middle-East, but it is only a democracy for Jews, non Jewish are not considered equal. I was saddened to see pictures of innocent Palestinian children burned beyond recognition or suffering from serious gunshots wounds after being targeted by the IDF snipers for no other reason than that they are Palestinians. 

I found out about the Jewish avariciousness, larceny, lying, manipulation and their questionable and usurious business practices. I learned about their roles in the radical homosexual movement, the radical feminist movement, the pornography industry, as well as their over representation in the abortion industry. I discovered their role in organized crime, in the slave trade, in the civil right movement and in communism, an ideology that is responsible for the death of millions and the repression of many more millions. 

I learned that it was Jewish supremacist behind the war against Christianity and Christmas, it is they who want God out of the pledge of allegiance and all symbols of Christianity removed from public life, they have driven Christianity from public schools despite Christianity being the majority religion. They have taken Christmas out of the public school calendar, despite the fact that it is a statutory holiday and it is named Christmas. 

I read about the anti-genteelism and hatefulness of the Babylonian Talmud, and their utter disrespect for and hostility toward Jesus Christ, the virgin Mary, Christianity and Christians in general. I learned about their "Chutzpah" in claiming that gentile lives were worth no more lives of barnyard animals. But that they considered Jewish lives to be akin to God himself. It is OK to steal from a gentile or to kill a gentile, but Jewish lives are sacred. I learned of their control of the majority of wealth, the media and academia despite their making up less than 2% of the populations, even lower in Canada.

They are behind the ridiculous political correctness movement and the hate crime legislation that was drafted so as to silence anyone who might figure out their agenda and attempt to shed light on it. Men like German Rudolph, David Irving and many more, previously recognized as great historians, were arrested, charged with hate crimes and incarcerated simply for having made academic inquiry into a specific period of history. Other so called revisionists or Holocaust deniers, have been intimidated, harassed, assaulted and smeared, simply for trying to get to the truth. 

It is patently clear that the war in Iraq is due solely to Israel wanting to nobble her enemies by destabilizing their governments in order to achieve hegemony in the M-E. It would be unthinkable for Israeli Jews to die for this cause, so they manipulated the U.S. into the war with the help of the Zionist lobbies, in order that the blood of way too many young Americans is shed instead, it is they who control the M-Eastern foreign policy of the most powerful country in the world. It is they who control Congress, the Senate and the poppet presidents. They have such control in movies and television that we are now subjected to endless programs and Hollywood movies that mock Christianity, Christian values and degrade the traditional family.  

After sober reflection on what I had discovered about Jewish supremacy and Zionism, I had to abandon all my previously held notions as to the history of Jewish persecution. What I have trouble understanding is why they continue this behavior in whichever society they live in, knowing fully well that eventually they will overplay their hand, and their perfidy will be exposed yet again. Has history taught them nothing?? As more and more people become aware of what is going on and who is responsible for it, anger is going to rise, as it already has in the former Soviet Union and Eastern European countries. They may control the media, TV, and the movies, but not yet the internet, websites devoted to outing the Jewish supremacists will be their downfall. End of article.

Again, this is very dangerous talk and insinuations, this type of thinking only led in the past to massacres,  brutalities and apartheid, unfortunately and sadly Israel and its zealots are still exercising these methods, not caring to what these attitudes and policies might lead to, I'll leave it to the readers for judgment.    As usual my thanks for reading and following these blogs and ideas. 

             

                 

A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS......

 

Many peoples, and more so Arabs in general come to mind, but I'm talking here mostly of Lebanese, and a little less about Syrians and Palestinians, even Iraqis, all living some terrible times of destruction, poverty, displacement when it's not death. They live in the yesteryear and the yesterday, and a little in the tomorrow and the hopeful dream of the future, but never anymore in their present and actual realities.

I've been approached by several of my readers, who new of my Lebanese origins, asking why I don't write more of the situation over there, why rarely any analysis of the Syrian civil war, and the coming one to Lebanon, of the total destruction and hunger scenes of millions of good people who have no saying in all of what's happening to their families, their children and their neighbors and countrymen. My immediate thinking for now are the few words of Khalil Gibran (1883-1931), a century ago about the same peace of land and the same people. It has been going on since 1916. Should we keep the hope ???

-- My people have died a painful death and I am here living in abundance and in peace.

-- I do not live with my persecuted people who march in the procession of death towards martyrdom.     I am here on the other side of the ocean living in the shadow of stillness and in the light of peace. I am so far from the miserable arena and affliction that I cannot even be proud of my tears. 

-- The death of my people is a silent accusation, it is a crime formed by the heads of invisible serpents, it is a tragedy without text.

-- My people died as their hands reached out East and West, while their empty eye-sockets stared into the darkness of the heavens.

-- They died in silence because humanity has remained deaf to their calls. 

-- They died because they did not sympathize with their enemies. 

-- They died because they placed their trust in all of humanity, because they were trampled flowers and not the crushing foot.

-- They died because they were builders of peace, because the monsters of hell arose and destroyed everything, because the vipers and the children of the vipers spat poison into the space where the holy Cedars, roses and jasmines give off their fragrance                              Khalil Gibran.

 Should we keep the hope ???

NEW COVID WORRIES ......

 As the world seems to be doing better progress on stabilizing this pandemic, at least by gaining on the vaccine fronts almost everywhere. And although we're noticing new trends developing dangerously in many areas of the world like India, Brazil, even parts of Europe and other places, plus an unjustified refusal to vaccinate from a good portion of the population in most countries and continents, still the general trend is encouraging to turn this virus almost like any other non lethal virus we live with most of our lives. 

A famous Yale law professor, G. Calabresi, has been quizzing his students for decades with this fable, "He asks the students to imagine a god coming forth to offer society a wondrous invention that would improve everyday life in almost everyway. It would allow people to spend more time with friends and family, see new places and do jobs they otherwise could not do. But it would come at a price, in exchange for this great invention the god would choose 1000 young men and women and strike them dead.

Professor Calabresi then would ask his students if they would take the deal, almost invariably, the students would say no. The professor then would explain; "What's the difference between this deal and the automobile invention. The truth is, automobile accidents kill many more than 1000 young Americans every year, actually the U.S. death toll from car accidents hovers at about 40,000 annually.

Wa accept this toll almost unthinkingly, because vehicle crashes have always been part of our lives. We cannot imagine a world without them. It's a classical example of human irrationality about risk, we often underestimate large, chronic dangers, like car crashes or chemical pollution, and fixate on tiny but striking risks, like plane crashes or shark attacks. And new striking risks are always more fearful.

The Covid19 pandemic certainly fits well under the new striking risk, it's global, and has disrupted life as we know it for almost 2 years now, it has changed how we live, where we work, even how we cover our faces and socialize, Covid is and feels omnipresent and is everywhere in our lives. Fortunately it is curable, vaccinations of large numbers of the global population proved it, and it is radically reducing the contractions and the effects of the virus.

Still, many or most vaccinated people are cautious and worrisome from the virus and its deadly effects. It's a new phenomena. Newly released data shows that 5800 fully vaccinated Americans had contracted Covid. It sounds like a big number, but in fact it shows that only one in 12,000 vaccinated people will contract the virus. The same applies to other vaccines, where 6 cases of blood clot occurred over millions of vaccines, it would put the chances at one in millions of this rare side effect, still better than the odds of winning the lotto.

But still, they are not zero, and I would doubt that they will be zero anytime soon. Covid will not be totally eradicated from human life. It will be controlled and lived with as we learned to live with plane crashes, shark attacks, or our yearly flue seasons and flue shots. But this is exactly what vaccines do, if you're vaccinated Covid presents a miniscule risk to you and you to others. A car trip is a bigger risk to you and others, about 100 Americans are likely to die in car accidents in a day, while the new Federal data suggests that soon either zero or one vaccinated person will die in a day form Covid. 

We all should keep wearing masks, as they further reduce the little risks, in some cultures like the Far East and especially Japan, a strong culture of mask wearing has been the norm for long decades, no one complains. There are going to be some challenges, and new habits for the after vaccination periods, we have to accept and adapt.

THREATENING TO END DEMOCRACY .....

Voter suppression is alive and well in many if not all battleground States across America, Republicans are trying to rig the rules in their favor. Instead of trying to appeal to the needs of voters, and after their 2020 loss, they just want to limit who can vote. Like Georgia, many States are proposing strict voter ID laws, and less voting stations, disenfranchising black, brown, low-income, elderly and young student voters. We cannot go backwards, we urgently need a more equal and just democracy.

Vote by mail is under heavy attack from Trump/Republicans, they want to make voters believe it's a source of massive voter fraud. Despite zero evidence, since the 2020 elections till now, the Trump oligarchy and the Republican machine's lawyers exhausted the judiciary branch with so many cases that were all repudiated in their entirety. It's all part of the GOP big lie they're using to justify voter suppression, Americans from all walks of life should make sure lies are not taking hold in crucial voting districts as well as in all different States. 

Already this year, here in the U.S. 155 mass shootings occurred, plus a full scale insurgency against the government and democracy, the answer to all these massacres and violent acts: Let's make it easier to buy guns and machineguns. Let's protect our sacred second amendment rights. while in the 2020 elections process only 2 minor cases of voter fraud were registered, the answer to that is: let's make it harder to vote. Much harder as a matter of fact, especially in poorer districts and where colored people are the majority. 

Does the GOP care more about rigging elections than supporting and protecting their constituents. I think many GOP officials and delegates nowadays, only take the words of their inspired leader, " Mr. Trump" that if every American will be given a fair chance to vote, Republicans will never win an election. They are all totally convinced that the less people vote, the better their chances are in winning any election, even in their own districts, we have seen it in Georgia. 

Another major problem in American elections is the amounts of money amassed by all candidates and parties. It practically only depends on the amounts to win the seat. They all forget the principal theories and policies and rely on money to fund TV and radio ads, mostly to ridicule and blame the adversary, proudly calling it real/fake news. Most politicians would absolutely panic if and when the adversary collects a bigger amount, even the top leaders and the newcomers watch each other fundraising and how successful they are. Nancy Pelosi just announced that as she watched Trump host the Republican's biggest fundraiser of the year at Mar a Lago club, she decided that if they fail to close this gap, it means defeat to Democrats.

The big difference though, is that Mr. Trump and most of Republican contestants raise their money from rich people, corporations and wealthy donors, all with special agendas and requests. While Democrats rely on individual donations not exceeding 20 or 25$ in most cases, and usually asking for 3 to 5 $ contributions with their ads.

While next year's mid-term elections are getting closer, Republicans need only one or two seats to topple Senate majority, and pick not more than 5 to 7 seats to take back the House. Republicans are sure ahead in collecting and spending their money and raising tens of millions for next year's elections. American voters in general may have turfed Trump out of the White-House but the threat to American Democracy remains high. 

Attacks on voting rights are in fact ramping up nationwide, driven initially by the Trump machine lies and adopted by most Republican politicians and propagandists. In fact in most advanced and democratic countries, legislations strive to making voting easy, accessible, secure and protected, as a right to every citizen. While dozens of States, headed by Georgia are moving to legislate limiting voting rights every day, It's an unprecedented assault on Democracy and the right to vote. 

They proudly call it Patriot powered elections. We cannot go back in time, we urgently need a more equal and just democracy, let's all defend real democracy everywhere.
